refund and cancellation policy
  1. membership cancellation: members can cancel their membership at any time. there are no cancellation fees, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  2. monthly membership: the monthly membership fee is £3.99. members can cancel at any time, and they will not be charged for the following month.
  3. yearly membership: the yearly membership fee is £49. members can cancel their membership at any time. however, please note that yearly membership fees are non-refundable.
  4. no refunds: once you sign up for a membership, we do not offer refunds for any membership fees paid.

can I upgrade  subscription?
of course. you can access your subscription at any time in your account. from there you can upgrade to a higher plan and get a prorated discount, or downgrade to a cheaper plan.

can I purchase a subscription as a gift?
yes! both of our plans are available as gifts and can be scheduled to be sent to the recipient on whichever date you choose. perfect for birthdays or the holidays. click here to gift yearly.
